Welcome to my personal Home Lab documentation. This project serves as my primary sandbox for testing NetDevOps workflows, mastering Cisco infrastructure, and exploring Linux systems administration.

Evolution in Progress

This lab is a continuous project. Documentation is updated in real-time as new technologies (like Ansible and Cloud-init) are integrated into the stack.

The Vision

The goal of this lab is to move beyond manual configuration. I am building a Hybrid Infrastructure that combines physical Cisco hardware with a virtualized Proxmox cluster to simulate enterprise-grade environments.

Current Project Status

1. Physical Layer: Core and Access switching established using Cisco Catalyst 3560-CX and 2960 platforms.
2. Compute Layer: High-efficiency Proxmox cluster running on an HP t740 node with nested virtualization for EVE-NG.
3. Connectivity: Secure remote access established via Tailscale Mesh VPN.
4. Next Step (Upcoming): Automating VLAN provisioning and switch configurations using Ansible playbooks.
